The short version
Kharcha Tracker is a 100% offline app. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share
any of your data. Everything you enter stays on your phone only.
🇮🇳 Hindi: Kharcha Tracker poori tarah offline app hai. Hum aapka
koi bhi data collect, store ya share nahi karte. Aap jo bhi likhte ho —
kharcha, income, udhaar — sab sirf aapke phone mein rehta hai.
1. Data we collect
None. The app has no server, no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising,
and no tracking of any kind. Your transactions, categories, budgets, lending (udhaar) records,
and settings are saved only in the app's private storage on your device.
Hum kuch bhi collect nahi karte — koi server nahi, koi account nahi, koi ads
nahi, koi tracking nahi. Saara data phone ki private storage mein hi rehta hai.
2. Data sharing
We share nothing with anyone — because no data ever leaves your device.
Backup files (JSON/CSV/PDF) are created only when you choose to, are saved to the folder you
pick on your own phone, and are shared only if you share them yourself.
Kuch bhi share nahi hota. Backup/export files aap khud banate ho, aapke phone
ke Downloads mein save hoti hain — aap khud share karo tabhi kahin jaati hain.
3. Permissions the app uses
- Biometric / Fingerprint — only to unlock the app if you turn on the app
lock. Biometric data is handled by Android itself and never reaches the app or anyone else.
- Storage (folder access you grant) — only to save backup/export files
(JSON/CSV/PDF) into the folder you choose.
- Internet — the Play Store version of the app does not use the internet for
any personal data; your data is never uploaded anywhere.
Fingerprint sirf app-lock kholne ke liye (Android khud handle karta hai),
storage sirf backup files save karne ke liye, aur aapka data internet pe kabhi nahi jaata.
4. Data security & deletion
Your data lives only on your device, protected by your phone's own security plus the app's
optional PIN/fingerprint lock. Deleting the app (or using "Sab Data Delete" in Settings) removes
all app data from your device permanently. We could not access or recover it even if asked —
we never had it.
App uninstall karo ya Settings se "Sab Data Delete" — data hamesha ke liye chala
jaata hai. Hum chahkar bhi access nahi kar sakte, kyunki data hamare paas kabhi tha hi nahi.
5. Children's privacy
The app does not collect data from anyone, including children. It is a general-audience
personal finance tool.
6. Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published at this same URL with a new
effective date.
